Research is demonstrating the amazing power of your mind to influence both your body and the energy centers in your body known as chakras. Through your thoughts you can dramatically alter the chemicals your body manufactures. Recall a wonderful walk on the beach and your body responds as if you were there. The neurotransmitters and hormones for peace and relaxation are formed. The opposite is true. Recall something negative and your chemistry changes so that you can better handle what is interpreted as a dangerous situation.
Change the Spin of Your Chakras with Thought and Intention
Your chakras are sometimes called emotional centers in the Western world. These are not something you can see unless you are what is called clairvoyant. If your hands are sensitive you can feel them if you focus on the palm of your hand when hovering over a chakra. For instance, you may place your hand just above the center of your chest to feel the spin of your heart center.
Just as your thoughts can change what is happening in the chemistry flowing through the brain and blood stream, you can also change the spin of your chakras. When you gain experience and trust you can do this, all you need to do is form the intention to have them rotate in the correct direction. In the Northern hemisphere they rotate clockwise and in the Southern hemisphere they move counter-clockwise. If you’re watching water spin down the drain you’ll notice the same differences depending upon what part of the world you live in.
Playing with the Vortex
When I was a child watching the water go down the drain in the bathtub I used to put my finger in the vortex formed. I was fascinated. You can do the same thing with these emotional vortexes in your various physical locations within you. Place the palm of your hand just a few inches above your solar plexus area. When you experience fear you often experience pain in your stomach or have what some call “butterflies in your stomach.” This is the solar plexus emotional center.
Now imagine a clock sitting on your abdominal area. If you are in the Northern hemisphere move your hand from 12 to 1 to 2 and so on the imaginary clock. If you are in the Southern part of the world, go the opposite direction. While you’re doing this, have the thought in your mind that this emotional vortex within you will move in the same direction. With experience you will notice the difference. Soon you will be able to do this simply with thought.
You feel best when everything is flowing correctly. When your colon is backed up you won’t feel well. The same is true for the unseen energy field around and within you. If it isn’t moving in the correct direction you will experience discomfort and not even know the cause. By having all the chakras moving the correct direction you will physically feel more at ease.
